FPVRC is managed and directed by Florida-based property managers, representing over a hundred and fifty years of vacation rental management experience. FPVRC is a political action committee that relies on donations for the success of its efforts.

Why Do We Need The FPVRC?

We are a group of Florida-based professional vacation rental property management companies that aim to prevent the ban on vacation rentals by protecting preemption. Additionally, this group works to defend the vacation rental industry from disinformation, builds relationships with policymakers to advance policies in Tallahassee, and continues to explore new avenues to ensure that professional vacation rental managers are delineated from absentee listing models.

What Does The Coalition Do?

The Florida Professional Vacation Rental Coalition is a PAC where all funds are used within Florida to protect and promote the vacation rental industry. We are focused on lobbying, contributing to political campaigns, and building relationships with Florida’s legislators and FPVRC is represented by a Tallahassee-based lobbying firm that boasts over a century of combined experience in Florida’s state and local governments. Their involvement is integral to protecting the vacation rental industry.

Tiffany Edwards serves as Executive Director. Ms. Edwards is a lifelong Florida resident who has worked in the Florida legislature and in vacation rental operations for over 20 years. Ms. Edwards has provided consulting services nationwide, specializing in the development of advocacy programs, the crafting of balanced ordinances, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

She and her husband own and operate several vacation rental companies. As Executive Director she oversees fundraising, local market concerns, and stakeholder relationships ensuring the success of the PAC.

Board of Directors

The FPVRC Steering Committee represents well over a hundred years in the Florida vacation rental industry. All have been or are property managers with Florida operation and government affairs experience. The FPVRC Steering Committee reflects businesses from various regions across the state.
